We are delighted to rent out our beloved apartment, uniquely positioned first row in front of the water landmark of Berlin - Spree River, just across the road from the river promenade. From the balcony, kitchen, living room, and one of the bedrooms, you can enjoy watching the boats glide by throughout the day. The green oasis of Berlin, the Tiergarten -- the largest Park of Berlin - home to the presidential palace and parliament is only a stretch away.

The apartment combines the charm of early 19th-century architecture, featuring tall ceilings, grand doors, and ornate stucco, with all the modern comforts you need. Enjoy a walk-in shower, air conditioning, fast internet, a new heating system, insulated windows, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. We collaborated with Berlin designer Agnieszka Kuczynska from TAKK Studios to create a perfect balance of beauty and practicality. The apartment comes fully furnished—from porcelain over towels to blankets and sheets - everything is already prepared and all included in the rent!

Located in the vibrant and evolving Moabit district Westfälisches Viertel (Westfallian Quarter) in the west of Berlin Mitte, the apartment is excellently connected to the rest of the city via underground, bus, tram, S-Bahn, and car-sharing systems.

We will draft a rental agreement in addition to your booking. This will include a deposit, typically two months’ rent, though we are open to considering your personal circumstances. Long-term stays are also welcome.
