The apartment is very bright and incredibly quiet. Listen to the heart of mid morning the chirping of birds and enjoy the home as a relaxing start and end point for exciting day in the capital.

Public Transport is available at Jannowitzbrücke. You can take the S or U-Train to explore nearly whole Berlin. It is just one station to famous Alexanderplatz, which is a central point with connections in almost every direction.

Area
The whole area around the flat is a very popular one. You will find bars, cafés or restaurants in walking distance or you go by train 2 Stations to Hackescher Markt, the heart of Berlin-Mitte! BY RAIL/BY BUS: BY RAIL/BY BUS: The journey from the railway station at Berlin-Airport (BER) to Alexanderplatz takes approx. 30 minutes (Airport Express FEX).

Note on Rental Duration:
We are generally looking for tenants who are interested in renting for a minimum of 6 months. However, to ensure that you feel comfortable with the apartment and the surrounding area, we offer an initial trial period of 1 to 2 months. This allows you to get familiar with the place before committing to a longer rental term.

The indicated price refers to an occupancy of the apartment with up to two persons. For each additional person 100,- Euro per person and month will be charged. The rent includes advance payments for the consumption costs of water (cold/warm), heating (gas) and energy. This amount generally covers the costs for normal, customary consumption. If the consumption costs exceed the advance payments due to excess consumption, the difference must be paid by the tenant (rule of reasonableness). This agreement ensures that water and energy are used in a sustainable manner.
