Note: The apartment is available for rent on the 1st-5th floors.

The building features a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer available for residents. The cost per wash cycle is approximately €4.50.

Please be advised that moving in is restricted to working days, Monday to Friday (from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.), and moving out is only possible at the end of the month. We are open to customizing your request based on your preferences.
