The indicated price refers to an occupancy of the apartment with up to two persons. For each additional person 100,- Euro per person and month will be charged. The rent excludes advance payments for the consumption costs of water (cold/warm), heating (gas) and energy. This amount generally covers the costs for normal, customary consumption. If the consumption costs exceed the advance payments due to excess consumption, the difference must be paid by the tenant (rule of reasonableness). This agreement ensures that water and energy are used in a sustainable manner.
