Darüber hinaus steht Ihnen ein Gemeinschaftsbad mit WC und Dusche zur Verfügung. Die Einrichtung wird mit den Bewohnern drei weiterer Apartmentzimmer geteilt.

Das Apartmentzimmer liegt in der Bettinastraße in fußläufiger Reichweite zur S-Bahn Station Ledermuseum. Von dort aus sind mittels S-Bahnen die Frankfurter Innenstadt (Konstablerwache, Hauptwache, Hauptbahnhof) in etwa 15 Minuten erreichbar.

The room has a floor space of approx. 19m2 and is located on the 3rd floor of a 10-unit building.

In addition, a shared bathroom with toilet and shower is available. The facilities are shared with the residents of three other apartment rooms.

The apartment room is located on Bettinastraße within walking distance of the Ledermuseum S-Bahn station. From there, Frankfurt city center (Konstablerwache, Hauptwache, Hauptbahnhof) can be reached in about 15 minutes by S-Bahn.

IMPORTANT:
Tenants share the costs for GEZ (German TV license fee) among themselves! These costs are not included in the rent! The exact amount of the costs is only an estimate.
