Either you go by bike to the next train station which takes exactly 6 minutes (decent speed) and take the Regionalbahn to Frankfurt-Ostbahnhof which takes another 6 minutes (total of 12 minutes) - to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof it’s 6 + 15 = 21 minutes

Or you walk to the next bus station (4 minutes). The bus takes you in 12 minutes to the U-Bahn from there you are in another 15 minutes at Konstablerwache (total of 31 minutes)
