I’m looking for one roommate (2 inhabitants in total) to share a 4-room apartment in Gronau (Germany), WG with equal co-tenants — just across the border from Enschede. I’ll be starting my studies at Saxion University this September and prefer to live in Gronau because of the lower rent and quieter area.

The apartment is 96.3 m2 and includes:

- 2 separate bedrooms (Currently, the bedroom doesn’t have a proper bed (see photo 7), but it will be fixed before someone moves in)

- A fully equipped kitchen

- 2 separate toilets and 1 bathroom

- Washer & dryer

- 2 separate working places

- Lots of living space

- Only 5 minutes to the train station (15–20 minutes to Enschede by train)

Warm rent is ~€1200 total, so we’d each pay around €600/month.

A bit about me: I’m 19 years old guy -- quiet, clean, respectful, non-smoker, without pets, and I enjoy playing computer games in my free time.

I’m looking for a clean, respectful, student-friendly roommate (any gender). I speak English, but I’m open to other languages too, it’s not a big deal. Btw. You can live here even with a Dutch student visa.
