We offer our house furnished for rent for a period of two months. We ourselves go abroad for this time. The house is a terrace-end house with garden and is located in the south of Kiel in the district of Kronsburg, near Meimersdorf. In front of the door is a parking space with wallbox available. The bus stop can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. By bus or by bike it takes 10-15 minutes to the main train station / city center.

So you are well connected here, but on the other hand it is also very quiet.

Within walking distance are doctors (family doctor / dentist), primary schools, kindergartens, supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, beauty salon, hairdresser, optician, snack bar, savings bank...

The house has three floors. On the ground floor there is a guest toilet, a pantry, the kitchen and the living / dining area as well as the covered terrace, which is in the sun in the morning. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary tools (stove / oven / sink / dishwasher / coffee machine / Thermomix / toaster / kettle / fridge / freezer / SodaStream).

On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a room with a shelf wall and a large wardrobe as well as the bathroom with washing machine and shower-toilet, 2 sinks, shower and bath.

On the second floor is another bedroom and a very spacious study with access to a spacious balcony with west orientation. So here you have the sun in the afternoon / evening.

The garden has a sandpit, a slide, a nest swing and a trampoline. In the garden hut and in the bicycle shed you will find more toys and bicycles (if desired). Outdoors, there is a clothes dryer to dry laundry.
