The station is located directly at the railway tracks, which has the advantage that the station is only 50 m away. Both bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the train rails.

It is a two-family house. The flat on the ground floor has a separate entrance. The large garden might be used with other guests from the second apartment in the same house.
