Sub-tenant wanted for a fully equipped, bright, 2-room apartment, with stucco in a central and quiet location in Stuttgart (Bad Cannstatt). As some of the furniture and the natural wooden floor are very nice, we are looking for a respectful, clean and responsible sub-tenant :) Non-smokers only. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. No loud music please.

The apartment is on the first floor of a multi-party house. The apartment is in a very quiet street and the parking situation can be described as very good by Stuttgart standards. The nearby Kurpark and Neckar River invites you to go for a walk and do sports.
The apartment is extensively equipped and you will find everything you need. Due to the beautiful cut, the high stucco ceilings, bright parquet floors and very large windows, you have pleasantly light-flooded rooms throughout the apartment. The apartment has a ceiling height of almost 4 meters. The kitchen is lavishly equipped. The bright daylight bathroom with bathtub is spacious and also offers plenty of storage space. A caretaker service (ger: Hausmeister) is available and included in the price. A official registration at the Citizens’ Registration Office (townhall) is possible.

The Stuttgart vineyards invite you to take relaxing hikes and can also be reached on foot within 10 minutes.
