The neighborhood is quiet and very relaxed. Nevertheless, you are within 2 minutes at the university or the Helios Klinikum and in 5 minutes in the Nordpark or in the old town and the cathedral. Parking is available in the street and there is a large, free parking lot about 500m away. The streetcar is only 200m away.
