It is a renovated shared house of 3 floors . On the top floor, there is this apartment fully equipped N°5 available to offer you, in the heart of Bonn, in Altstadt.
Only shares the access, laundry, and patio with the other tenants of the floors downstairs.

This is an independent apartment of 40 sqm. In one part is the living room and the bedroom (in the loft ) and in a separate room has the kitchen and a bathroom, located on the last floor of the shared house.

Has a double bed 140x 200m, mattress, bedding, wardrobe, towels, desk, lamps, shelves, side tables, bedside table, armchair, internet, lock door, central heating, living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

This price includes heating, chimney sweep, warm/cold water, property tax of the city of Bonn, garbage fees, GEZ (TV tax), a flat rate for the internet via wireless LAN (WLAN), and maintenance services

Supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and public transport, all very close to the house.

Keys
All rooms have keys.

Visitors
Visitors (meaning tourists friends) with an overnight stay on the property, only short stays are allowed. These must be notified in advance. For the use of the basic services (water, electricity, gas, etc.). The tenant will have to pay for his/ her guest 5 EUR per day which can be paid by bank transfer.

Services
All the property equipment and basic services (water, electricity, gas, internet, Tax tv), maintenance and repair services are included in the rental price.

Pets and smoking
Are not allowed on the property.

Registration (Anmeldung)
We make a contract with an option to do the register (Anmeldung). For contracts with a minimum stay of 3 months.

Contract
We make a temporary rental contract. The provisions of this website will be applied for the management of payments.

Bond
Will be required and managed through the web.
