Lovingly renovated and expanded in 2018, the loft offers exceptional attention to detail. In addition to the large main living area, there are two further rooms (a bedroom and a wellness area with a sleeping platform), an open kitchen, a stunning bathroom, a separate guest WC, and an additional shower area.

We are renting out the UHU Loft under a sublease agreement from May 15, 2025, until October 2025. Under particularly suitable circumstances, an extension of the rental period may be possible.

Our bathrooms are also designed with Moroccan tiles.
The larger bathroom features a shower and an extra-large bathtub, often praised by our guests as the most beautiful bathroom in the city.
An integrated sound system, a record player, and a large vinyl collection are also at your disposal.
A particular highlight is the spacious, luxurious sauna — please note that electricity costs are billed separately. The tenant will be responsible for the actual electricity costs; meter readings will be taken at the start and end of the lease.

Parking spaces are available along the parking strip at Treptower Park, directly across from Moosdorfstrasse.
