The Building
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the quiet side wing of a typical Berlin Gründerzeit building in Treptow. As it faces the inner courtyard, even children can play here unattended without any danger. A private terrace with a small garden invites you to relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The building is inhabited by a friendly, international community.

The Apartment
Upon entering, you arrive in a spacious eat-in kitchen that connects to a modern living room furnished with a cozy sofa and two armchairs. From the kitchen, a hallway leads you to the "quiet zone": a bright, spacious bathroom and a large, sunny room with glass doors opening onto the terrace. Here you'll find a queen-size bed with a brand-new mattress and a desk that allows you to work in full concentration. The entire apartment features beautiful wooden floors with underfloor heating, making it pleasant to walk barefoot even in winter. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, electric kettle, toaster, and a stove with oven. It is also suitable for people with disabilities.

Public Transport
It takes only 5 minutes to walk to the Baumschulenweg S-Bahn station. Bus line 166 stops right in front of the building. Adlershof, Germany’s newest technology park, is just two S-Bahn stations away. The airport and Berlin Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) can be reached in about 25 minutes.

The Surroundings
A supermarket is located directly in front of the building, with another one just 100 meters away. Within a 300-meter radius, you'll also find drugstores, pharmacies, florists, a health food store, bakeries, dry cleaners, and more. A public swimming pool is also within walking distance. Only 300 meters away lies the idyllic Britzer Verbindungskanal. From there, you can walk to the beautiful Königsheide forest or to the riverside path along the Spree River.
