The furnished apartment on offer with approx. 50 m2 includes a large room. At the moment there are 3 single beds, but these can be replaced by a double bed or anything else on moving in, if desired. You can tell me, what furniture you need and i will arrange everything before handover (free of charge). The kitchen is fully equipped, bathroom with shower and washing machine. The flat rate rental price includes all additional costs, including internet and electricity. Perfect for a group of students or fitters. Smoking is permitted outside.
