In close proximity are public transport stops, which are all within walking distance in 2 minutes. The Ostkreuz (S-Bahn) and Tram (S21) as well as Rummelburg (S-Bahn) are all nearby. The famous Alexanderplatz, the Potsdamer Platz and the Warsaw bridge are only a few stops from where you can travel almost in all directions.

The most popular bars, the most beautiful cafes and restaurants Friedrichshain are all easy to reach either on foot, by bus or bicycle. Depending on traffic, you can reach TXL Tegel Airport within 30-40 minutes and the SXF Schönefeld Airport in about 20 minutes.

Type of contract: The first and last full month's rent must be paid in advance. The deposit and any fees must also be paid in advance and will be refunded upon termination of the tenancy and proper return of the apartment. Payments must be made before the keys are handed over.

The indicated price refers to an occupancy of the apartment with up to two persons. For each additional person 100,- Euro per person and month will be charged. The rent includes advance payments for the consumption costs of water (cold/warm), heating (gas) and energy. This amount generally covers the costs for normal, customary consumption. If the consumption costs exceed the advance payments due to excess consumption, the difference must be paid by the tenant (rule of reasonableness). This agreement ensures that water and energy are used in a sustainable manner.
