The apartment is in the residential buildung 4 Floor with lift.

Please send me an initial message with some information about you and the second person if 2 people are going to move in to the flat.

If you are a student please provide enrollment and proof of income or funds. What i mean.- make it clear how you want to pay for the apartment.
If you have a job please upload your job contract and your salary 3 last Payslips (Abrechnungen).

If you are altready in Germany please inform where you live now, and provide a bank statement where i can see the current rental payments and your income.

Please respekt my time and do not send a request just for fun, if you are not going to provide all essencial information for the booking.

I need to be sure that the rent will be payed. Otherwise will be no booking.

1-room apartment appr. 41 qm qm with south-side balcony, 4d floor with lift, very queit and sunny, Spandau, opposite the Bus-stop to the Tube. Modern furnishing. Room with 2 single beds 90x200 cm, dining table, sitting place for 2 people, Flat screen TV, little storage place extra, kitchen, fridge, washing machine, kitchen fully equipped for living, beds, towels provided, bathroom with tub. The is only one room livening/sleeping. Kitchhen is extra.
The flat has central heating. Fully furnished and fully equiped kitchen for living, including towels and bedclothes.
Security Deposit is 2000 euro to be paid at the beginning in addition to the rent is 1-months-rent, will be returned within 2 weeks after the rent is finished, when there is no damage.
Smoking and pets is not allowed.

The rent is 1080 euro inclusive internet, central heating, gas and electricity.
gas is included up to 50 euro /month
