Our apartment in this late 19th-century building has high ceilings and large windows on a private and peaceful garden. Recently renovated in bright colors, it is full of light, even in winter, although situated on the ground floor. The owners took special care to showcase the work of young designers they like, as you can see in the materials and colors used to transform this living space. The owners stated that they wanted to give the flat a “feel good” vibe. The apartment has a brand-new white lacquered kitchen, and all you need to cook gastronomic- or on-the-go meals, including an oven, microwave and dishwasher. The property boasts semi-open kitchen and comes equipped with Limoges porcelain ware, French iconic glasses, sharp ceramic knives, and of course, a fully-automated espresso- and cappuccino-maker. The apartment features a large double bed, roomy closets, a flat screen LED TV with cable featuring international channels, free Wi-Fi internet and a washer-dryer.

About the Neighbourhood:
Our lovely apartment is nestled in the highly-prized area of Prenzlauer Berg, in the Winsviertel quarter of the former East Berlin. Old-timers and newcomers appreciate its mix of urban bustle and suburban-style calm, in a neighborhood thriving with boutique workshops, shops and restaurants – all of which are located close to the property. It is just a short walk to five S-Bahn train lines (S8, S9, S41, S42 and S85) a metro stop (U2) and tram lines, one taking you to Alexanderplatz in less than 15 minutes.

If you book this apartment, the following rules apply:
If your starting date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the full month rent is due. If your starting date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the first half month rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month rent is due. No smoking apartment.

Please Note: The rental deposit is two month's rent.

If we accept you as a tenant please deliver the following documents within 7 DAYS: proof of enrolment at your school/university, a bank statement which proves sufficient funds available to pay the rent, a work contract is also suitable.

If we do not receive the documents within 7 days after you have completed the payment we will cancel the booking via HousingAnywhere and claim the first month according to their Terms&Conditions. If the move in date is within these 7 days we need the documents
24 hours before move-in at the latest.
