Our lovely apartment located in very calm and well connected area to the city. It’s a 2nd floor apartment facing to the vast backyard of the quiet neighborhood and it’s full of light and you will love enjoying the sunshine on the balcony. The apartment is 15 minutes away from Alexander Platz and 5 minutes walk away from the tram stop and train station (S-Bahn).

We took special showcase the work of young designer which give the `feel good vibe ́ with vivant colors.

The apartment has brand new white lacquered kitchen where you will enjoy preparing a gourmet or on the go meals. The apartment comes with a equiped kitchen; French iconic glasses, sharp knives. The apartment offers a large double bed, roomy closets, and free wifi (100Mb).

If you book this apartment, the following rules apply:
If your starting date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the full month rent is due. If your starting date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the first half month rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month rent is due. No smoking apartment.

Please Note: The rental deposit is one month's rent:

- for the WG/ private room: Handover fee 100€
- for studio /apartment): Handover fee 150€

If we accept you as a tenant please deliver the following documents within 7 DAYS: proof of enrolment at your school/university, a bank statement which proves sufficient funds available to pay the rent, a work contract is also suitable.

If we do not receive the documents within 7 days after you have completed the payment we will cancel the booking via HousingAnywhere and claim the first month according to their Terms&Conditions. If the move in date is within these 7 days we need the documents
24 hours before move-in at the latest.

Before moving in, tenants must provide proof of valid personal liability insurance (“Haftpflichtversicherung”). This insurance covers damages caused to the apartment or to third parties. It is highly recommended in Germany and often included with personal property insurance (“Hausratversicherung”). Without proof of insurance, keys cannot be handed over.
