This classic Berlin Altbau (old building) was built in 1900. The apartment is located on the 1st floor inside the calm and safe inner courtyard.

APARTMENT
This cute two room apartment offers enough space for up to two tenants. In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa, a large smart tv (not in the pictures yet) and a dining table with four chairs. The kitchen has all the essential equipment: an oven, a stove, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a coffee machine, a refrigerator with freezer and cookware like pots and pans, plates, mugs, glasses and cutlery. The washing machine is also located here. There is a queen sized bed (140×200) in the bedroom. Here you will also find a dresser. In the bathroom you’ll find a small bathtub that can be used as a shower.

Schivelbeiner Straße is located in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg. You’ll be surrounded by a plethora of cafes, restaurants, and boutiques.
