The apartment features free WiFi, a flat-screen cable TV, and a private bathroom with a shower, towels, and a washing machine. From the apartment, you can enjoy a view of a quiet internal garden, making it a very peaceful corner of Berlin.

There are two storage rooms in the apartment, one of which is organized as a wardrobe. The bed also opens up, offering plenty of additional storage space for your belongings.

Leinestraße U8 Underground Station is only 300 metres away, and Alexanderplatz can be reached in about 10 minutes by public transport.

Free public parking is available directly outside the building.

This part of Neukölln is very special. The Schillerkiez is a great example of how a neighbourhood can change gradually. Development is happening, but slowly, and the area still keeps its unique, relaxed, and authentic Berlin atmosphere.

Just a 4-minute walk from the apartment is Tempelhofer Feld, a former airport full of history and now one of Berlin’s largest open spaces. With its 355 hectares, it has become a place where Berliners come to walk, cycle, skate, relax, and enjoy a feeling of freedom.
