Old a stylish, very bright and freshly renovated and refurbished studio apartment in the trendy Neukölln next to a lot of art galleries, bars, cafes, restaurants, flea markets and the famous Maybachufer-Market (bio and oriental). The Jansastrasse is located in a very special place and somehow represents the soul of neukölln: on one side the Arabic Sonnenalle, which is mostly lived by day and on the other side the Weserstrasse, which is the best nightlife way of berlin right now.

The apartment is a typical „Berliner Altbau“, 36 square meters, living room area with double bed and sofa that turn into beds and open kitchen. All the utilities, including the kitchen and bathroom, are brand new. In the kitchen, there is a new fridge and a stove.
