We are renting out our beautiful, bright 2-room apartment for five months starting October 1, 2025 – fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. The apartment has a bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, a spacious living room with a sofa for relaxing, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a balcony. In the kitchen you will have a microwave, an airfryer and a rice cooker. The bedroom is equipped with a desk and chair, making working from home possible. Besides there is an elevator which is super handy when you come home with lots of shopping bags.

The bright and cozy apartment is located near to the river Spree and close to the buzzing area called Friedrichshain. It's 10 minutes walk away from Ostkreuz where you can be in the middle of a buzzing nightlife. The area is perfect for chill and cozy evenings and has lots of different restaurants, cafés and bars to offer. If you prefer to go out our apartment is perfect too. It's close to two famous Techno clubs.
The closest food shop is 6 minutes away by foot. We are surrounded by lots of transport links which lead you in a short time (only 13-15 minutes) directly to the city centre called "Alexanderplatz" and „Friedrichstraße“.
In 3-5 minutes by feet you can enjoy a beautiful walk along the beautiful Rummelsburger Bucht.
