This rental is only for students:
Fully furnished student apartments. Each with its own kitchenette and high-speed WiFi. Rent is all-inclusive, with no extra service charges. Move in and get started. You will also have access to shared spaces like the gym, lounge, study rooms and communal kitchen: all included in your rent. Tierpark is conveniently located – just a 2-minute walk from the U-Bahn, tram and bus stops, close to shops, and just around the corner from the University of Applied Sciences (HTW). Any questions? *Early termination before the end of the agreed rental period is not possible. An exception is if you have been Ex-matriculated or have finished your studies. This must be proven within 2 weeks.
** Tenants must vacate the apartment one week before the end of their rental period to allow time for cleaning and maintenance before the next tenant moves in, unless they are extending their stay.
A small pro-rata discount will be automatically applied to the final month's rent and shown on the invoice.
