We are subletting our modern, fully furnished 4-room (3 bedroom) apartment for a short-term lease from mid-October until the end of the year (December 31st). Located on the first floor of a building constructed in 2012, the apartment is accessible via an elevator. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while two children's rooms each have a single bed (which can also be combined into a bunk bed). One bathroom features a bathtub and a large shower, and there is a second bathroom serving as a guest toilet. On the south side, the apartment boasts a large terrace equipped with a table, chairs, and a bench. The apartment is located in one of the nicest areas of Berlin‘s cozy Charlottenburg district, a short walking distance from Lietzensee and Charlottenburg castle.
