The living room is furnished with design classics and also features a large wooden dining table. Please note that there is no TV, but one can be provided upon request.

The spacious bathroom has a window, recessed ceiling lighting, a separate shower and a bathtub. In the hallway, there is a built-in wall cabinet with shoe storage, and the building also offers shared bicycle storage.

Located just around the corner from Savignyplatz, this is one of the most attractive areas in West Berlin. It offers a wide selection of cafés, restaurants and shops, including several supermarkets such as Edeka and Lidl, as well as organic supermarkets like Bio Company and Alnatura.

Around Savignyplatz, you will find charming cafés, restaurants, small bookstores, galleries and lovely second-hand shops.
