It has a kitchen with dishwasher, bedroom with double bed, TV, heating and a small bathroom. Notice: This apartment will only be rented out until 31/12/2024.

The stations U Mierendorffplatz and S+U Jungfernheide, which also has a regional train connection, are in the immediate vicinity. You can reach Breitscheidplatz (western city center) in just 12 minutes by car. There are also bus and train connections. The center of Charlottenburg, with many shopping facilities and the shopping street "Wilmersdorfer Straße", is only a few minutes' walk away.
