Hi we are renting out our beautiful furnished apartment. The apartment is located in Charlottenburg next to the Spree and Landwehr Canal. Schloss Charlottenburg and Neuer See Tiergarten can be reached by foot in 15 minutes. Cafés, shops and playgrounds are in the neighborhood. The nearest subway stations are Richard-Wagner-Platz and Deutsche Oper. Buses go to the main train stations.

The apartment has a large living room with a balcony. An eat-in kitchen with an oven and induction, dishwasher and refrigerator. A storage room for household goods and groceries with an additional refrigerator. The living room can be expanded into a dining room or another bedroom. There are bedrooms one with a separate dressing room. One bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.

The rental period is at least two months and is limited.
