I am offering a furnished room in a shared flat in Wolfsburg-Rabenberg from September 1st. The apartment is 65 m2 in total, my landlords are moving out, I will be the main tenant from September and the room I currently live in will be vacant.

About the room:
The room is approx. 10.75 m2 in size, quiet, bright and fully furnished - bed, desk, wardrobe, shelves, etc. are available. The window faces northeast, so it stays pleasantly cool in summer. The space is compact but very usable - I have lived there myself for almost 2 years now and never felt the need for a larger room.

About the apartment:
- Balcony, kitchen, washing machine, wifi
- Bicycle cellar, laundry room, own cellar compartment
- Well-kept, quiet living environment

Location:
- Wolfsburg-Rabenberg: green and quiet
- University can be reached in under 10 minutes by bike, VW in approx. 15 minutes
- Two bus stops nearby (3 and 6 min on foot)
- Penny around the corner
- Forest right outside the door

Rent:
Warm rent € 415 all-inclusive (incl. heating, water, electricity, WiFi, GEZ etc.)

Shared flat living:
I'm 22 and studying automotive engineering at Ostfalia.
I'm looking for someone with whom I get on well - not a functional flat share, but also not forced to do everything together. I am generally open to joint activities, but privacy is of course respected. I'm reliable, tidy and open to exchange - but also to retreat. Basically, I would describe the flat share as quiet/relaxed and would like to live together in a pleasant, respectful atmosphere.
