There is a storage room in the hallway that offers additional storage space and is shared between the flatmates.
The kitchen offers enough space to spend time together. Refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob and basic equipment are available.
The apartment has a large cellar compartment.

The rental price includes all additional costs and fast WLAN.
