Hello, dear apartment seekers!

Your beautiful room is part of a 120 sqm apartment. There are a total of 4 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, a kitchen, a living-dining room and a hallway.

The room has two large windows and a parquet floor. The two windows make the room very bright.

The apartment has been completely renovated - first occupancy after renovation. The kitchen is equipped with a coller & freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and everything else you need for life. The washer-dryer is in the bathroom and can of course be used.

The room has 1 large and extendable bed (Ikea Hemnes, lying surface of 160cmx200cm), a wardrobe and a desk with a swivel chair and a table lamp.

We do not have a cleaning schedule. However, we do have a cleaning lady who regularly cleans the apartment. The costs for the cleaning lady and cleaning supplies are included in the rent.

The rent includes all costs for cleaning and cleaning supplies, washing and dishwashing liquid, internet, electricity. There are therefore no additional costs for you.

Your roommates would be:
Diego (22) - doing his internship.
Eirik (24) - studying at TUM.
Dawei (27) - doing his doctorate at LMU.

We imagine shared apartment life to be like this: we can meet in the kitchen to eat/cook, or sit together in the evening, but everyone is also taken into consideration. That means that when the door is closed, you have peace and quiet.
We can also do other things together, like sports, bike rides, jogging, beer gardens, parties, etc. - but it's not mandatory.

Location: very quiet, in residential area amd close to Olympia Park.
Shopping facilities 5 minutes walk away (LIDL, ALDI, DM, Vollcorner, bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, pharmacy), two minutes walk to the bus stop / subway (U3-Olympia-Einkaufszentrum), and from there about 7 minutes to the city center or 8 minutes to the main train station.

There are parking spaces right outside the front door and there is also a bicycle storage room. The Olympia Park is about a 5-minute walk away.
