Located in the beautiful Löhrstraße within the city center, you can reach every part of Vallendar and especially all university buildings within less than 5 minutes by foot.
But what's the point of leaving the community, if there is everything you need inside our community? Whether you need space for doing your studies or hanging out for a cold beer on our amazing terrace, we got you covered.

💰Our prices are all-inclusive. No bad surprises. Here is what’s in it for you: use of the furnishings and apartment at a high-quality standard, weekly cleaning, all bills covered (even GEZ), the responsiveness of our Community Service Team, and finally, our Technical Service Team for those times when experts are needed. Our move-in dates are always possible at the first or middle of the month and move-out dates are always possible at the 14th and end of the month.

📢The deposit is 2x rent. Both the deposit + fee need to be completed through HousingAnywhere Payments before the move-in date.
