In addition, there is a large elegant kitchen with all the necessary cooking equipment and utensils. The fridge of the kitchen is large and has enough space to keep the food fresh. There is also a freezer, an oven, a stove, a dishwasher and a washing machine in the kitchen. Furthermore, a beautiful seating corner, consisting of a big marble table and four chic chairs, invites to socialize with your co-tenants. The bathroom is very spacious and elegant with a high-quality rain shower. Moreover, the building is equipped with a modern elevator.
DEPOSIT:
To make your move easier, we offer flexible deposit options. You may choose between a one-time, non-refundable non-deposit fee of EUR 560, or a refundable security deposit of 3 months rent, which will be returned after move-out in accordance with standard regulations.
LOCATION:
The room is located in a very central location in a beautiful and well-maintained old building between Konstablerwache and Opera Square. Ideal for young professionals. Eschenheimer Tor is just a few minute walk - the nearest underground station is just a few meters away from the apartment. More central is hardly possible! In addition, this neighborhood convinces not only by its location but also by its hip vibes. At every corner, one can find trendy bars and restaurants.
