The approximately 14 m2 room is bright, quiet, and fully furnished. Overlooking the garden, it offers a peaceful atmosphere, making it an ideal space for studying, working from home, or simply relaxing.

For added comfort, the room is equipped with roller shutters and curtains, allowing you to darken the room whenever you like while ensuring complete privacy.

The room is move-in ready. Please note that a mattress, bed linen, and towels are not included. If needed, these can be provided for an additional fee upon prior arrangement.

The apartment is located on Kerckhoffstraße 146 in Frohnhausen, one of Essen's well-connected residential neighborhoods. The area combines a quiet living environment with excellent access to public transportation and the city center.
