The shared apartment is located on the 4th floor of the building (with an elevator) and is conveniently close to public transportation, including tram and S-Bahn stations. Düsseldorf Central Station is just a 10-minute walk away. An Edeka supermarket is only 5 minutes away on Berliner Allee, and there are also several other supermarkets nearby.

You will be sharing the apartment with two other people, both of whom are working professionals. The environment is very quiet and calm, with no loud noise, making it ideal for someone who values a peaceful living space.

The room is fully furnished, cozy, and equipped with heating.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, and other everyday essentials. A washing machine is also available in the apartment.

There are no additional charges for electricity or water, as they are already included in the monthly rent of €700. Also deposit can be paid in two parts.
Currently i owned the private room due to work iam moving soon .We are looking for a working professional or a student who is responsible and respectful of a shared living environment. ******Already February rent was being paid you can move in any day in February no need a payment for February month!

die Wohngemeinschaft befindet sich im 4. Stock des Gebäudes (mit Aufzug) und liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig in der Nähe von Straßenbahn- und S-Bahn-Stationen. Der Düsseldorfer Hauptbahnhof ist in nur 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Ein Edeka-Supermarkt auf der Berliner Allee ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt, außerdem gibt es weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Die Wohnung wird mit zwei weiteren Personen geteilt, die beide berufstätig sind. Die Atmosphäre ist ruhig und angenehm, ohne laute Geräusche, und daher ideal für alle, die eine entspannte Wohnumgebung schätzen.

Das Zimmer ist möbliert, gemütlich und mit Heizung ausgestattet.

Die Küche verfügt über eine Spülmaschine, eine Mikrowelle sowie weitere Alltagsutensilien. Eine Waschmaschine steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

Es fallen keine zusätzlichen Kosten für Strom oder Wasser an, da diese bereits in der monatlichen Miete von 700 € enthalten sind.

Wir suchen eine berufstätige Person oder einen Studenten bzw. eine Studentin, die verantwortungsbewusst ist und ein harmonisches Zusammenleben in einer WG schätzt.
