Die WG hat eine hervorragende Lage. Der Dortmunder Hbf ist in 5 Minuten und die Fußgängerzone in 2 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Es gibt einen Supermarkt in der Nähe, eine Bäckerei sowie die Haupteinkaufsstraße von Dortmund.

Die Mieter sind dafür verantwortlich, die Wohnung während ihres Aufenthalts sauber zu halten.

The room is furnished (a desk, a chair, wardrobe and a bed).

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery.

The WG has an excellent location. The Dortmund main station is within 5 minutes walking distance and the pedestrian zone within 2 minutes. There is a supermarket nearby, a bakery and the main shopping street of Dortmund.

Tenants are responsible for keeping the flat clean during their stay.

Please note that there is a mandatory charge of EUR 30 for bed linen.
