Mit der S-Bahn und U-Bahn hat man eine sehr gute Anbindung in alle Richtungen.

Die Mieter sind dafür verantwortlich, die Wohnung während ihres Aufenthalts sauber zu halten.

Washing machine and Wi-Fi are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven, a kettle, a toaster as well as utensils.

The WG is located on the first floor. There are several shops, a bank, post office and pharmacies nearby.

The access with public transport is very good in the neighbourhood, there is S-Bahn, subway, as well as bus access and you need some 7 minutes to walk to the pedestrian zone.

Tenants are responsible for keeping the flat clean during their stay.

Please note that there is a mandatory charge of EUR 30 for bed linen.
