Hello 😊 I am spending a semester abroad from the beginning of February to the end of July 2026 and am looking for a subtenant for this period – preferably for the entire period, but a shorter period is also possible by arrangement. The room is approx. 16.5 m2 in size, nice and bright and located on the 3rd floor. It faces the inner courtyard, making it pleasantly quiet. The room is being sublet furnished, so you don't have to lug any furniture around – just move in and make yourself at home! You can access your room directly from the hallway. The second room is accessible from the living and dining room. The kitchen isn't huge, but it's well equipped and perfectly adequate for whipping up delicious meals. A real highlight is the large south-facing balcony – perfect for sunbathing, relaxing or cosy evenings outside! There is space for bicycle storage in the basement, and the attic has both a laundry room and a storage room – so everything is conveniently close together.

The flat is located in the hospital district, a super central location in Dortmund!
In the immediate vicinity, you will find two Rewe supermarkets, a Netto supermarket and a Rossmann drugstore, so everything you need for everyday life – and the Bergmann kiosk is not far away either!
The city centre is a 5-minute walk away, and the main railway station is about 10 minutes away. You can easily get to the university by bike. Otherwise, the Nordcampus is easily accessible from the main station, and to get to the Campus Süd, simply take the U42, which you can reach in 5 minutes.
Westpark is also only 5 minutes away and offers a great opportunity to spend time in the countryside or simply relax in summer.
