The flat is a first occupancy since 2024 with upscale furnishings, including

- Large tiles with shower and bath in the bathroom
- High windows for a bright ambience in all rooms
- Large balcony (loggia) for many more possibilities

The apartment (67m2) is already fully furnished with an entrance wardrobe for jackets and shoes, a wall unit incl. Smart TV, a fitted kitchen incl. kitchen utensils, a washing machine, WiFi and much more.
The approximately 12m2 large furnished room contains a comfortable bed (200x140cm) with large wardrobe, towels, very well insulated windows, electrically height adjustable desk, small fluffy carpet, table lamp and bookshelf.

In our friendly flat share we are looking for a nice flatmate who appreciates living in a harmonious environment.

The flat share consists of a 65 year old woman who is passionate about Asian cooking and has a fondness for flowers.
The flat is bright and inviting, with a shared living area where you can cook and spend time together.

The kitchen is well equipped and ideal for cooking evenings together.

What we are looking for:
A respectful and friendly flatmate who is interested in living together in a relaxed atmosphere.
Someone who may also enjoy cooking or would like to learn more about Asian cuisine and perhaps shares a love of nature and flowers.

The property is located in the lively neighborhood of Schönefeld. buses 741, 742 and 744 stop almost at the door, and within 10 minutes you can be in the old town of Berlin-Rudow with its more shopping facilities and metro (U7). The train station “Schönefeld” is a 10-15 minute walk away.
There are two restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery nearby. The nearby airport offers everything around the clock. There are also several green areas and parks, a fitness center and various human and animal specialists.
Humboldt University (HU) and the University of Applied Sciences (HTW) can be reached in about 30 and 45 minutes respectively.
