Ich vermiete ein freundliches, helles und ruhiges Zimmer im aufstrebenden,gut bürgerlichen Stadtteil Mülheim.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Sessel, Schrank, Kochgelegenheit, es ist 15m2 groß.
Sie haben die Möglichkeit, kleine Mahlzeiten im Zimmer zuzubereiten. Im Zimmer befindet sich eine Küchenzeile.
Wir teilen uns den Flur, das Bad und die Toilette, die gereinigt werden.
Handtücher und Bettwäsche stelle ich gegen eine Gebühr zur Verfügung.
Heizung erfolgt ausschliesslich in den Wintermonaten.Das Zimmer ist regelmäßig durch den Mieter zu putzen,ich lege grössten Wert auf Sauberkeit.

Das Zimmer liegt verkehrsgünstig in der Nähe von Haltestellen öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel in einer guten mittelständischen Gegend.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und verschiedene Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Großes Naherholungsgebiet in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Wenn Sie dieses Zimmer mieten möchten, beachten Sie bitte die folgenden Hinweise:

Eine Anmeldung bei der Stadt Köln ist erforderlich.

Eine Anmietung erfolgt immer für den gesamten oder halben Kalendermonat, also immer von Beginn 01. Oder entsprechend 15. bis Ende 30. /31. oder 15 des entsprechenden Monats, mit Ausnahme des Dezember , hier ist ausschliesslich der 31.als Auszugsdatum möglich, abweichende Daten sind nicht möglich!!!!!!!
Ein Einzug kann nur an einem Wochentag von 10:00 h bis 17:00h erfolgen.
Die Kaution , sowie die 1. Miete sind immer vor dem Einzug zu zahlen.

Aus gegebenem Anlass:
Ich halte mich an die Regeln, die auf dieser Plattform festgelegt sind:
Daher ist eine persönliche Besichtigung des Zimmers vor Anmietung, sowie eine Kontaktaufnahme außerhalb dieser Plattform nicht möglich!!!

Die anderen Räume dieser Wohnung sind privat ,es lebt ein Kater in der Wohnung.

ICH BEANTWORTE KEINE MIETANFRAGEN OHNE DIE GEFORDERTEN DOKUMENTE REISEPASS, STUDIENBESCHEINIGUG/BESCHÄFTIGUNGSNACHWEIS UND EINKOMMENSNACHWEIS.

I rent a friendly, bright and quiet room in the up-and-coming bourgeois district Mülheim
The room is fully furnished with bed, desk, armchair, closet, cooking facilities, it is 15m2 in size.
You have the possibility to prepare small meals in the room. There is a kitchenette in the room.
We share the hallway, bathroom and toilet.This will be cleaned .
I will provide towels and bed linen for a fee.
Heating is only provided in the winter months.Die The room is to be cleaned regularly by the tenant, I attach great importance to cleanliness.

The room is conveniently located near public transportation stops in a good midmarket area.
Shopping facilities and various restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
Large recreational area in the immediate vicinity.

If you would like to rent this room, please note the following:

Registration with the City of Cologne is mandatory
A rental always takes place for the entire or half calendar month, i.e. always from the 1st to the 30th / 31st or 15th of the corresponding month, or from 15th to 30th/ 31th , with the exception of December, here only the 31st moving out and the 1th moving in is possible, deviating dates are not possible!!!!!!!
A move-in can only take place on a weekday from 10:00 h to 17:00 h
Attention the first rent and the Rental deposit has to be paid bevor moving in

Therefore a personal viewing of the room before renting ,as well as in contact outside of this platform is not possible!!!
The other rooms of this apartment are not accessible to the tenant.A little cat lives in the Apartment.
