It is a very nice room with beautiful views to the Poppelsdorfer Allee and has 12 sqm. Is equipped with a bed of 140x200, closet, bedside table, desk and everything you see in the pictures.

Is located on the second floor of the house, and together with 4 other rooms share a large bathroom.

Minimum stay of three months, with option to register (Anmeldung).

The Poppelsdorfer Allee is a boulevard in Bonn. Originally, it connected the Electoral Palace with the Poppelsdorf Palace.
The street is mostly built with Wilhelminian style houses and covered with horse chestnut trees.

We are looking for young professionals and/or university students, people doing internships, to set up this new community.

This is a shared house. Bathrooms, kitchen and common areas are shared among all tenants.
There are no rooms with private bathroom.

We prefer that tenants have previously lived in a shared apartment but it is not a requirement.

Check in.
It is flexible. Self-check in from 14.00pm to 22.00 pm. We will send the information somewhat before the day of arrival.

Bed linen
There is a complete set of bed linen and towels. ( a set to start)

Furnishings
The property and room are fully furnished.

Keys
All rooms have keys.

Parking
For car, limited parking spaces, on the street.
For bicycles, spaces to leave it in the yard or in (hidden)ment.

Visitors
Visitors with an overnight stay on the property, only short stays are allowed. These must be notified in advance. For the use of the basic services (water, electricity, gas, etc.). The tenant will have to pay for his/ her guest 5 EUR per day which can be paid by bank transfer.

Housmates
Range age between 22 to 35 years old. International environment. Most of them are young professionals, some are students and others are doing internships.

Services
All the property equipment and basic services (water, electricity, gas, internet, Tax tv), maintenance and repair services are included in the rental price.

Pets and smoking
Are not allowed on the property.

Registration (Anmeldung)
We make a contract with an option to do the register (Anmeldung). For contracts with a minimum stay of 3 months.

Contract
We make a temporary rental fortnightly contract . The provisions of this website can be applied for the management of payments.

Bond
Is mandatory. Can be required and managed through the web.
