Hello everyone,

this is a fully furnished room in a shared flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes.

Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living.

Anmeldung/Registration is possible.

Room perfect for 1-2 persons with kitchen.

Apartment has 3 rooms in total.

At the end of your stay, we will charge a cleaning fee of 50 € which we will deduct from the deposit. The rest will be paid out to you - given that there was no damage done to the apartment.
