Room Available for Female Student or Young Professional – Join Our House in Grünau (Berlin)

Hey future flatmates! 👋

We’re looking for 2 awesome people to join our big shared house in Grünau on a long-term basis. There are options for 2 or 3 rooms (new attic space being developed!) —check the pics to get a feel for the space

The house is a spacious home tucked away on a calm street right next to the forest 🌳 (hello fresh air + nature vibes). Despite the peace and quiet, you’re super well-connected—S-Bahn and regional trains will get you anywhere in Berlin without a hassle.

Here’s what you get:

- Three floors of space → living room, kitchen & bathroom downstairs, bedrooms upstairs, and a cozy attic room (soon with its own kitchenette & extra bathroom in progress 🚧).

- A huge garden with BBQ area front and back → expect squirrels, greenery, and plenty of chill outdoor hangouts.

- Four-legged roommates → a 1-year-old black cat 🐈‍⬛ and a cheeky dachshund puppy 🐾.

Your room: fully furnished with a comfy double bed (140x200), mattress, desk + chair. You’ll just need to bring your personal touch for the rest.

Fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials (microwave, toaster, kettle, etc.).

House rule: No smoking indoors. 🚭

We’re looking for friendly, easygoing people who want to make this place feel like a home rather than just a stopover. Move-in date is 15–20 September (we could also accommodate you earlier, for the right person)

🏡 The House Setup:
3 floors + basement:

Ground floor: Living room, bathroom, access to the garden

1st floor: 3 bedrooms, kitchen, WC with shower

Attic: 1 bedroom

Basement: Laundry room, extra room, and a 2nd kitchen

Shared with other students

We have a 2-year-old black cat, a puppy (Dachshund), and bicycles for use
