Bei uns wird ab dem 15.10. ein Zimmer frei. Die Wohnung wurde frisch saniert. Dein schönes 28 qm großes Zimmer ist Teil einer 65 qm großen 2 Zi-Wohnung. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer, Bad, WC, Wohnküche und Flur.

Dein Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster mit einem Fensterbank. Das Zimmer hat Laminatboden und ist durch die große Fenster sehr hell.

Die Küche ist mit einem Kühlschrank, einer Waschmaschine, einer Mikrowelle, einem Wasserkocher, einer Spülmaschine und mit allem was man sonst zum Leben braucht ausgestattet. Der Waschtrockner ist in der Wohnung vorhanden und kann natürlich mitbenutzt werden.

Dein Zimmer hat ein Ikea Hemnes Bett (ausziehbar, 160x200cm), ein Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl.

In der Warmmiete sind alle Kosten für das Internet, Strom, Heizung und Wasser enthalten. Es fallen somit keine zusätzliche Kosten für dich an.

Das WG-Leben stellen wir uns so vor, dass man sich gerne zum Essen/Kochen in der Küche treffen kann, oder am Abend mal gemütlich zusammensitzen, aber auch auf jeden Rücksicht genommen wird. Das heißt, wenn die Tür zu ist, hat man auch seine Ruhe.
Gerne kann man auch sonst was zusammen unternehmen, wie Sport, Radtouren, Joggen, Biergarten, Feiern usw. - ist aber keine Pflicht.

Zur Lage: im Grünen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 2-3 Gehminuten entfernt (REWE, LIDL, Aldi, Edeka, DM, Vollcorner, Bäckerei, Obst- und Gemüse-Lädchen, Apotheke), zwei Gehminuten zur Bushaltestelle oder sieben Minuten zu der S-Bahn und von da aus ca. 20 min in die Innenstadt bzw. 25 min zum Hauptbahnhof. Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Haustür, Fahrradkeller ist auch vorhanden.
Die S-Bahn Haltestelle Baumschulenweg und HTW Berlin sind unmittelbar in der Nähe.
Die Treptower Rudergemeinschaft befindet sich ca 10 Minuten Fußweg von dem Haus entfernt und bietet eine zusätzliche Freizeitmöglichkeit an.

From October 15, 2024 (possibly earlier), one room will be available in a nice and fresh renovated apartment.

There are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, a living kitchen, and a hallway.

Your room has two large windows with a windowsill. The room has parquet flooring and is very bright due to both large windows. The apartment was recently completely renovated - first occupancy after renovation.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave and with everything else you need for daily life. The washing machine with dryer is available and can of course be used together with other tenant. Your room has a bed (Ikea Hemnes, extendable, (hidden) closet, and a desk with a chair.

All costs for electricity, high-speed-internet, warm and cold water, heating are included in the warm rent.

Thus, there are no additional costs for you.

New WG Formation:

Bilal is a student at HTW Berlin.

We envision WG life in such a way that we can meet in the kitchen for meals/cooking, or sit together comfortably in the evening, but also respect each other's space. That means if the door is closed, you can have your peace and quiet. We can also do things together, like sports, bike rides, jogging, beer gardens, parties, etc. - but it's not mandatory.

Regarding the location: very quiet, surrounded by greenery in Treptow.

Shopping options are a 5-minute walk away (LIDL, ALDI, DM, Vollcorner, Alnatura, bakery, fruit and vegetable store, pharmacy), two minutes to the bus stop / subway, and from there quick reachable to the city center or to the main station. Parking spaces are right in front of the door, and a bicycle storage room is also available.

S-Bahn line Baumschulenweg is in the immediate vicinity.
The Treptow Rowing Club is about a 10-minute walk from the house and offers an additional leisure opportunity.
