Die Wohnung ist mit ihren 130qm sehr weitläufig, sehr hell und hat den ganzen Tag irgendwo Sonne, abends auf dem Balkon und ist in einer verkehrsberuhigten Seitenstraße mit einigen Cafés gelegen, der beliebten Crellestraße.
Die Wohnung hat neben den 3 Schlafzimmer und der Küche noch ein Ess- und Wohnzimmer, 2 Balkone und vor allem wichtig für ein entspanntes WG-Leben: 2 Bäder, eins mit Wanne, eins mit Dusche, so dass es da auch keinen Stau gibt. :-)

Dein Zimmer ist ein Altbau-Zimmer zum ruhigen Hinterhof raus. Ca 16m2. Im Flur kann ein extra Zimmerchen mit Kleiderschrank mitverwendet (2m2) werden (kein Foto dabei aktuell). Das Zimmer hat wie die gesamte Wohnung sehr schöne Holzdielen. Morgens bis Mittags scheint die Sonne ins Zimmer und man hat einen schönen Ausblick in den begrünten Innenhof.

(Anmerkung: in den Nebenkosten ist ein Putzdienst alle 14Tage inkludiert)

The flat is very spacious with its 130sqm, very bright and has sun all day somewhere, in the evening on the balcony and is located in a traffic-calmed side street with some cafés, the popular Crellestraße.
In addition to the 3 bedrooms and the kitchen, the flat has a dining and living room, 2 balconies and, most importantly for a relaxed flat-sharing life: 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub, one with a shower, so that there is no queue. :-)

Your room is an old style room with stucco facing a quiet side street. About 20m2. In the hallway there is an extra room with a wardrobe (2m2) that can be used as well (no photo available at the moment). Like the whole flat, the room has very beautiful wooden floorboards.

(In the costs is a cleaning service every 14days included)

Lage
Lage in einer verkehrsberuhigten Einbahnstraße mit schönen Alt-Baufasaden. Gemütlichen Leben auf der Straße und alles was man braucht direkt in der Nähe (Bioladen gegenüber, Bar gegenüber, viele kleine Restaurants, aber auch nicht zu viele,...allerdings alles eher etwas erwachsenere für Berlin ;) ) - S- und U-Bahn direkt in 2-4 min Lauf-Nähe.

Location in a traffic-calmed one-way street with beautiful old building facades. Cozy life on the street and everything you need right nearby (organic food shop across the street, bar across the street, manysmall restaurants, but not too many,...however, all rather more grown-up). S-Bahnand U-Bahn are within 2-4 min walking distance.

WG-Leben
Nadine (w) und ich (m) genießen das WG-Leben mit tollen Gesprächen und spontanen Zusammensein. Wir pflegen einen eleganten Minimalismus und mögen Pflanzen, Bücher und Sport. Beide arbeiten wir gerne (habe beide eine Firma/Startup) und finden doch auch Zeit für die wichtigen Dinge (Rausfahren aufs Land, Freunde treffen, Kultur, Tempelhofer Feld, Skaten, ...) Alle Schlafzimmer unserer Altbauwohnung sind kleiner angelegt, dafür hat die Wohnung nicht eins, sondern zwei große, gemütliche Zimmer, die wir zusätzlich zur Küche teilen: Das eine eher als Wohnzimmer, das andere eher Ess- und Arbeitszimmer. Das solltest Du, wie wir, wertschätzen und genießen wissen :) Neben zwei wunderbare Balkonen zur verkehrsberuhigten Straße raus, gibt es auch noch ein Dach nach hinten in den Hof raus, das als großer Balkon mitgenutzt werden kann. Der Mietpreis beinhaltet auch eine Haushaltshilfe.

Nadine (f) and I (m) enjoy living in a shared flat with great conversations and spontaneous get-togethers. We cultivate an elegant minimalism and like plants, books and sports. We both like to work (both have a company/start-up) and still find time for the important things (going out to the countryside, meeting friends, culture, Tempelhofer Feld, skating, ...) All the bedrooms in our old building flat are smaller, but the flat has not one, but two large, cosy rooms, which we share in addition to the kitchen: One more like a living room, the other more like a dining room and study. Like us, you should appreciate and enjoy this :) In addition to two wonderful balconies facing the traffic-calmed street, there is also a roof facing the courtyard at the back, which can be used as a large balcony. The rent also includes a housekeeper.

Bitte Anschreiben per Mail hier mit kleiner Intro zu Dir. Die Wohnung ist sehr toll, kostet allerdings auch etwas und Du solltest das etwas "luxeriösere "WG Berufstätigen Leben genauso mögen/feiern wie wir.
