Die Maisonette-Wohnung befindet sich in einem wunderschönen Altbau in Friedenau. Direkt vor dem Haus liegt ein kleiner Park mit einem Springbrunnen und einem gemütlichen Café mit Terrasse.

Das sonnige Zimmer ist voll möbliert (Schrank, Schreibtisch, Regal, Bett 90 x 200 cm). Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist hervorragend.

Das zur Vermietung stehende Zimmer befindet sich in der zweiten Etage der Wohnung. Diese Etage, die eine Teeküche, ein Bad und einen Flur umfasst, teilt die neue Mitbewohnerin mit einer weiteren Untermieterin.

Zum Kochen wird die Küche im oberen Stockwerk (dritte Etage) genutzt. Der Raum zum Wäschewaschen befindet sich ebenfalls in der dritten Etage. In dieser Etage wohne ich und jede zwrite Woche meinen zwei Kindern (13 und 17 Jahre).

Die neue Mieterin kann sich unter der Adresse beim Bürgeramt anmelden.

The duplex apartment is located in a beautiful historic building in Friedenau. Right in front of the house, there is a small park with a fountain and a cozy café with a terrace.

The sunny room is fully furnished (wardrobe, desk, shelf, bed 90 x 200 cm). The connection to public transportation is excellent.

The room for rent is located on the second floor of the apartment. This floor, which includes a kitchenette, bathroom, and hallway, is shared by the new tenant with another subtenant.

For cooking, the kitchen on the upper floor (third floor) is used. The laundry room is also located on the third floor. I live on the third floor with my two children (13 and 17 years old).

The new tenant can register at the local citizens office.
