We have a room available in Tempelhof.

Your lovely room is part of a 60 sqm two-room apartment. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet, a living-dining room and a hallway. The apartment was renovated this year.

Your room has three large windows with a windowsill. The room has laminate flooring and is very bright thanks to the large windows.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, oven with ceramic hob, and everything else you need for living. The washer-dryer is also available and can of course be shared.

Your room has a double bed (IKEA Hemnes, pull-out, 160x200cm), a wardrobe, a mobile storage unit, a bookshelf, and a desk with a chair.

We imagine shared living as a place where everyone can meet up for meals/cooking in the kitchen, or sit together in the evenings, but everyone is also considered. This means that when the door is closed, you have peace and quiet.

You're also welcome to do other things together, such as sports, bike rides, jogging, going to the beer garden, partying, etc. - but it's not mandatory.

The rent includes all costs for internet, heating, water, and electricity. Therefore, there are no additional costs for you.

Location: Tempehhof – very quiet, surrounded by greenery.

Shopping options are a 5-7 minute walk away (REWE, Penny, LIDL, ALDI, DM, Vollcorner, bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, pharmacy), a three-minute walk to the bus stop, and from there it's about 15 minutes to the city center or 20 minutes to the main train station. Parking is available right outside the front door, and there's also a bicycle storage room.

The U6 station at the Luftbrücke and the Südkreuz S-Bahn (suburban train) are in the immediate vicinity.
