The 18sqm room with bathroom is located in a 100sqm four years old apartment on the 2nd floor. The apartment is ideal for living together with two or three people. The bedrooms are separated by an approximately 35 square meter common area where you can chat or cook together. Or you can just chill on the balcony or sofa. The common area does not have a television but does have books and high-quality music players. This is intended to ensure both exchange and peace. The kitchen and the entire apartment are equipped to a very high standard, so that instructions are given when moving in and must be followed. The apartment primarily appeals to students or working people. That doesn't mean it can't be social, but it's not suitable for after-hours or spontaneous parties.
In addition, the rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows that can be opened, but smoking is ONLY permitted on the shared balcony.

LOCATION
If the in-house landscaped courtyard isn't enough for you, you can be in nature in just 5 minutes by bike. It's just as quick and easy to get to Arminplatz and the Gleimviertel, which are home to many restaurants, coffee shops and bars.

Grocery shopping is easy in this neighborhood. The house is directly adjacent to a well-stocked Lidl supermarket. On Schönhausser Allee, which is within walking distance, you can find almost everything your heart desires.

TRANSPORTATION
Anyone who wants or needs to escape the district despite all these options is very well connected here.
The Bornholmerstraße S-Bahn stop is about 5 minutes away and takes you quickly to every corner of the city. For example, in 20 minutes to the main train station.
Two minutes from the house you can also use the M50 or M13, which will take you to Boxhagener Platz in Friedrichshain, for example. And if you want to explore all of this by bike, you can park your bike safely here.
