This beautiful house in the north of Berlin has a fully furnished room available for a female tenant to join in its friendly co-living atmosphere. The city center is easily accessible via bus, tram, or train. And after work, come and get some stress relief going for walks in this quiet neighborhood, enjoying its fields, horses, and small gardens. It also makes a great place for home office.

The rent includes electricity, water, heating, and wifi, the spacious upscale bathroom and kitchen offer a touch of luxury and are equipped for all your needs. In the lower floor there is an extra Bathroom with Shower and Wash/Dry machine. Because there is a current tenant still living inside we are not able to show fotos of the furnishing, which will be done as soon as the tenant moves out. Thanks for your understanding!

In summer you can enjoy the large back garden with its peaceful lotus-covered pond, observe frogs jumping in, and hear the birds singing. Supermarkets and restaurants are all within walking distance.
