Please note that this is a shared room within a larger apartment. You will be sharing the bedroom with other flatmates. Each apartment consists of multiple shared rooms, and the common areas such as the hallway, bathroom, and kitchen are shared by all residents. These common spaces must be kept clean and tidy by everyone, and all tenants are collectively responsible for the overall condition of the apartment.

Guests are only allowed after prior agreement with all other flatmates, and overnight stays are not permitted under any circumstances.

Before we can hand over the keys and provide the necessary documents for your registration (Anmeldung), you will need to sign the rental contract and provide the following:

- Your full contact details and documents (ID, passport, residence permit)
- Proof of enrollment (please note that only students are eligible to rent this room)
- Proof of financial means to cover the rent
- Payment of the full deposit in advance
